COVID19 Response from Merit Homecare

Here at Merit Homecare, we are open as usual and our services are running as normal. The welfare and safety of our services users and our staff is always our main priority. Therefore, we are taking the following precautions;

  • All staff are wearing and using PPE in line with government guidance for example; masks, aprons, gloves and anti-bacterial hand gel
  • All staff are washing their hands thoroughly upon entering a service users home and when leaving the property
  • All staff, including office staff, are following government advice and practising social distancing, staying 2 metres apart wherever possible.
  • If you need to visit the office, you will need to wash your hands on arrival, wear a face covering, have your temperature taken and sign into the visitors book.
